Q1. How do I start the free trial?

After installing the app and press the 1-month free trial tab.

You get full access to all premium features during the trial.

Q2. Where is my data stored?

All your records are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to any external server.

Q3. I’m not receiving notifications.

Please make sure notifications are enabled at Settings → Busy Lives → Notifications on your iPhone.

Thank you for using **Busy Lives** (“the App”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.

Busy Lives is designed with privacy in mind. **We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to external servers.**

All data you enter into the App — including:

– Time sessions and timers

– Categories and notes

– Satisfaction ratings

– Daily logs and statistics

is stored **locally on your device only**.

– Your location

– Your device identifiers for advertising

## 3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by **Apple** through the App Store using your Apple ID. We do **not** see or store your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

## 4. Notifications

The App may request permission to send local notifications (for example, timer reminders). These notifications are generated **entirely on your device** and are not sent through any external server.

You can disable notifications at any time in **Settings → Busy Lives → Notifications**.

## 5. Live Activities and Widgets

Live Activities and Home Screen widgets display data already stored on your device. No information is transmitted off-device when these features are used.

Since we do not collect any of your personal data, **we do not share, sell, or transfer any data to third parties.**

All data is stored locally on your device. To delete your data, simply **delete the App** from your device. This will remove all locally stored records.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
